The National Park located within the provincial boundaries of Yozgat in the Central Anatolia is 5 km to Yozgat.

As the land has been heavily used for buildings, there has been a decrease in the amount of forests and desert areas have been formed. Only Black Pine Wood lot from the untouched forests of ancient times could survive until today. Black pine, oak and juniper compose the flora of the National Park.

The capital center of the Hittites which is Bogaskoy; Alacahoyuk, Sarikaya thermal springs 40 km away from the National Park are worth seeing.

You can have picnics in the National Park and it is also possible to accommodate in tents and caravans.
