The Black Sea Plant Community, which is characterized by a warm climate and a regular rainfall regime, appears in the Central and Eastern Anatolia Regions from time to time, as well as covering the whole Black Sea region and Marmara and Thrace. The flora prevailing in the Black Sea region is the forests.

The bushes are widespread in Marmara and Thrace. There is a forest texture, enriched by oak, ash trees, chestnuts, linden trees, maples, alders, elm trees, cherry laurels, cornelian cherries, wild plum trees, wild sour cherry trees, Daphnis and elder trees, in the areas dominated by the nut and hornbeam trees in the Black Sea region. The plants unique to this region are, in contrast to those in Mediterranean, are plants using more water.
