It is 103 km east from Adıyaman. The tumulus was formed with accumulation of broken rocks on a main rock. Terraces are formed with smoothing the main rock at east, west and north of the tumulus; moreover, god statues and reliefs are arranged at east and west terraces.
It is 63 kilometers from Adıyaman, on the east bank of Kahta stream. There are relieved illustration of Mitras on the ceremonial road at south, and a rock depicting Antiochos - Heracles greeting on ceremony platform and before this, the biggest inscription of Anatolia known in that period.
